Does the Meal Plan cater to vegetarians or dietary allergies?
The Meal Plan includes meat, but there is a lot of room to adapt it to your individual needs. In Week 1 we deep dive through the Diet Principles, so you won't need to rely on a Meal Plan to know what to eat anyway. The Meal Plan is mostly gluten-free & dairy-free.Â
What if we start the Programme, but don't finish - can I get a refund?
Unfortunately not - all Programme sales are final. If you really think you haven't gotten any value out, feel free to message me and we can discuss.
I have other children - can the whole family eat the food from the Meal Plan?
Yes, absolutely! I designed the Meal Plan with family food in mind, using mostly basic everyday ingredients that most of likely already use.
 Is the Programme for me to do, or my Teen?
Ideally, it would be both parent & teen learning together. If the teen doesn't want to do it, then the parent who does most of the shopping & cooking could do it on their own. Each session is short(ish) so as not to be too arduous on a teen's time (or a parent!).
